WHY IS THE SURVEY IMPORTANT?

This survey is sent to our customers directly from General Motors. The answers you provide are extremely important, as it is a "Report Card" for your salesperson, and directly impacts their ability to remain certified to sell new vehicles for General Motors. This information also plays a vital role in helping Martin continue to improve our customer experience. Our goal is for each and every customer to walk away feeling completely satisfied, and to rate their experience as a perfect 10.

Q: When Will The Survey Be Emailed?

Survey should arrive in your inbox approximately 7-10 days after your purchase has been completed. Please make sure we have a valid email address on file for you; to help ensure you receive the survey, as well as future important information about your vehicle.

Q: Is There A Time Limit To Complete The Survey?

Yes. Customers have 30 days to complete the survey. ONE email reminder will be sent 5 days after the initial survey email. Survey invitations and reminders cannot be resent.
